As General Manager, you will be responsible for exceeding the expectations of our customers and team members. You will set the tone for store operations. You provide overall restaurant leadership by recognizing the importance of employee engagement to guest satisfaction, motivating team members, coaching, and training the team for operational excellence. You will have the ability to drive store-level profitability and sales goals by controlling food and labor costs.
